RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping

We ship women’s jewelry and fashion accessories globally. After payment confirmation, orders will be processed and dispatched within the handling time stated on the product page. Once shipped, we will send tracking information to your registered email.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by logistics congestion, customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or force majeure. Import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees in the destination country are borne by the buyer.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We do not provide free re-delivery if parcels are returned due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or customs refusal.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may apply for a return within 14 calendar days upon receipt of your order.

Items may be tried on, but they must be returned in good condition, without significant signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing parts. All original packaging and included accessories should be returned with the item.

Items that are damaged, altered, or excessively worn after delivery may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Procedure

Contact us at email@ravesx.com to submit a return request. Please do not send items back before receiving official return instructions and the return address from us.

If the return is caused by our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other voluntary returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process the approved refund to your original payment method.

Refund arrival times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Exclusions

Clearance items and customized or personalized goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
